Ice Mistral's Torment is a Slow Movement enhancement set in the Invention System. It is available in the 20-50 level range.
There are six enhancements in this set:
- Ice Mistral's Torment: Slow/Endurance,
- Ice Mistral's Torment: Damage/Recharge,
- Ice Mistral's Torment: Damage/Slow,
- Ice Mistral's Torment: Accuracy/Damage/Endurance,
- Ice Mistral's Torment: Accuracy/Damage/Endurance/Recharge, and
- Ice Mistral's Torment: Chance for Cold Damage
.
Only one of each of these types of enhancements may be slotted per power, except for unique enhancements which, if present, are denoted by the symbol and are limited to one per build.
The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of the enhancements in this set into a single power:
- Two enhancements increases maximum Health by 1.125%.
- Three enhancements improves the Accuracy of all your powers by 7%.
- Four enhancements increases Slow Resistance by 10%.
- Five enhancements improves the Recharge of all your powers by 6.25%.
- Six enhancements increases Area Effect Defense by 3.75%.
- Six enhancements increases Fire and Cold Defense by 1.875%.
