This is an enhancement in the Overwhelming Force set.
Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted per build.
Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.
Effects
This enhancement adds a chance to knock down your target(s). This effect will trigger approximately 2.5 times per minute. Its minimum proc chance is 8.75%, and its maximum is 90%. It will also convert the power's knock back to knock down.
This enhancement improves the damage of your power by the following amounts:

This enhancement cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by completing the Summer Blockbuster trial, from Reward Merit Vendors for 100 Reward Merits, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is not a drop.
