Prometheus is extending a boon over your group to assist your drive to face the Incarnate Trials. This confers a small boost to damage, recharge, and healing.
How to Get
This temporary auto-power is granted when the option to "Lock the event for your group" option is not set for the Incarnate Trial, making it an Open League. This power grants the Damage, Recharge and Healing buffs to all members of the league.
