Keybind Profile
  • Modern (recommended)
  • Joystick
  • Classic
  • Launch (Issue 0)
The Keybind Profile selects the default keybinds for your character. Modern is the most recent, Dev recommended default keybinds. Joystick is a default profile for game controllers. Classic is the default keybinds before Issue 27 Page 7. Launch is the default keybinds the game had at the start of its life back in 2004.
Reset KeyBinds button This button resets all of your keybinds to the defaults for your chosen Keybind Profile. This can also be done with the slash command /unbind_all
Save To Default File button This button saves all of the keybinds on your current character and sets them as the default for all your new characters. This can also be done with the slash command /bind_save.
Load From Default File button This button loads your saved default keybinds onto your current character. This can also be done with the slash command /bind_load.

Mappable Commands

The following commands can be set from your keyboard. You can map each command to one or two different keys, either replacing the pre-existing default key, or keeping the default but adding a second key.

To remap your keyboard commands, click on Menu, then Options, then the Keymapping tab. Click on the slot you wish to re-map (either the default, or the open slot) and press the key or button you wish to map to that command.

When you are finished, click on the Close button at the bottom of the Options window and return to the game.

The tables below outline the actions which may be assigned to keys, mouse buttons, or joystick buttons through the Options window. The keymapping options below reflect the default keybinds for the Modern Keybind Profile.
