Overview

Considered the mother of Cyberware, Dr. Juanita Delgado-Harris was a brilliant inventor and pioneer in the field of cybernetics. She was the first to perfect cybernetic replacement limbs, originally intended for use by amputees and accident victims. Her inventions have been modified by other scientists to turn normal humans into super-powered soldiers, giving rise to an entire class of supervillain, including such monstrosities as the Freakshow.
