Hot Zone

This half-destroyed neighborhood is overrun with rioting Contaminated thugs. Cars burn in the streets and chunks of elevated rail tracks tumble onto sidewalks. The center of the zone is a massive mountain of debris and rubble. All the Contaminated in the Hot Zone are level 1 and prefer to riot in pairs. Any hero can take on a few pairs in quick succession, but remember to catch a breath every once in a while.
