Logging out in an Arachnos Base will earn you an Experience Point bonus after mission completion for a short time. The more time spent logged out, the longer the duration will last, up to a maximum of two hours. After thirty days of logged out time you will earn the Arachnos Agent Day Job badge that will enhance the Experience Point bonus granted by logging out here.
For every X hours, Character gains Y duration.
