Overview

Morality Missions are obtained by accepting a Morality Tip, obtained after completing 10 Alignment Missions for a particular alignment. Completing a Morality Mission allows a character to either change or reaffirm their alignment.

Alignment Changes

When a character wishes to change alignments, they must be in an appropriate zone. For instance, a vigilante wishing to become a villain must be completing a villain Morality Mission in the Rogue Isles.



  • A villain doing a rogue Morality Mission will become a rogue.
  • A villain doing a villain Morality Mission will reaffirm his or her alignment choice as villain, and can begin accruing time toward the villain alignment power, Frenzy.


  • A vigilante doing a villain Morality Mission will become a villain.
  • A vigilante doing a hero Morality Mission will become a hero.
  • A vigilante doing a vigilante Morality Mission will reaffirm his or her alignment choice as a vigilante, and can begin accruing time toward the vigilante alignment power, Fear Incarnate.
    • Vigilantes cannot obtain alignment merits or access either of the special True Alignment lounges, but they have full access of all hero and villain zones, PvP zones, and cooperative zones.


  • A rogue doing a hero Morality Mission will become a hero.
  • A rogue doing a villain Morality Mission will become a villain.
  • A rogue doing a rogue Morality Mission will reaffirm his or her alignment choice as a rogue, and can begin accruing time toward the rogue alignment power, Duplicity.
    • Rogues cannot obtain alignment merits or access either of the special True Alignment lounges, but they have full access of all hero and villain zones, PvP zones, and cooperative zones.
