PAGENAME is a no fire zone for both Hero and Villains to mingle in, replacing the previous hero-only Paragon Dance Party.
Pocket D is a first rate night club occupying a self-contained pocket dimension created from nothing by DJ Zero. Pocket D is a no-fire zone where Heroes and Villains can mingle safely. Pocket D opened up after the hero-only Paragon Dance Party shut down.

Unlike the previous Paragon Dance Party in which the entrances where hidden and could only be found by noticing the fliers on the wall nearby, Pocket D's entrances show up on city maps.
Pocket D is a co-op Social Zone in which Heroes and Villains can team together. Several special events have introduced special missions that could be run by mixed teams of heroes and villains, including a few missions that required teammates from both sides.

Pocket D is also the only zone so far that allows Heroes and Villains to team up with each other.
The Tiki Room and the Ski Chalet are both located in Pocket D. As of Issue 25, the Hero Vault Reserve closed and was replaced with a suite of Architect Entertainment consoles and teleporters.  (The Villain Vault Reserve still functions for Heroes.)

The Valentine's Day Event 2006 event took place in Pocket D, and it was also the setting for the Second Anniversary Event.
Pocket D also features the Monkey Fight Club, Arena terminals, and a branch of the Vault Reserve.

In August of 2006, the special Tiki Room was added to Pocket D. This room was initially unavailable to players. Some players managed to gain access to this room via the Teleport power. After screenshots of this room were posted on various message boards, the ability to Teleport inside Pocket D was removed.

In October of 2006, the Tiki Room was made available to players who had purchased either the Good vs. Evil Retail Box Set in stores or the Online Pack from the NCsoft Store. Both of these purchases granted registered players access to a power called Pocket D VIP Pass. This power allows the user to teleport from anywhere in Paragon City or the Rogue Isles directly to the Tiki Room inside Pocket D.

The Tiki Room also features a Banished Pantheon Spirit of Sorrow bartender and a Banished Pantheon dance act. The dance act appears rarely and disappears the moment any player enters the room via teleport.

Winter Event 2006 temporarily added a ski chalet.
