Enables Second Order Empowerments

Description

This Empowerment Station enables you to make long-duration Buffs that can boost your character's effectiveness. The buffs last one hour each. Available buffs include all buffs available from the Enchanting Crucible, along with a few more. See below for a list of buffs available from this station.

This station formerly allowed you to make Base Salvage Components, however, Base Salvage and Component Salvage was retired from the game in Issue 13, in favor of using one or more Invention Salvage per buff. Any Base Salvage or Component Salvage can be converted into Brain Storm Idea Salvage at any of the Invention Worktables.
