Secured is an events badge for choosing the first mission reward from the Whispered Rumor tip from a Halloween Event.
How to Get
Complete the Whispered Rumor tip mission and choose the option to Keep the Malleus Mundi secure. You can only obtain the Whispered Rumor tip during Halloween Events. Once you have the tip, you can complete the mission at any time.
