However, even without Hellion interference, fires do have a Regeneration score, so if you're the only one fighting a particular fire and are limited to the 3000, it will require 7 hits to smother a fire. Description

How to Get
To obtain this temporary power, visit Chief Williams standing next to a burning building in Steel Canyon during the Hellion Arson zone event. If you have the Firefighter Badge, you will receive the Large Extinguisher instead.

Tactics
