Description
The Fire Fighter 3000, developed by Positron, uses a potassium bicarbonate powder to smother flames. It has 15 charges.
How to Get
To obtain this temporary power, visit Chief Williams standing next to a burning building in Steel Canyon during the Hellion Arson zone event. If you have the Firefighter Badge, you will receive the Large Extinguisher instead.

Tactics
The Fire Fighter 3000 will inflict 1/6 of a fire's Health on a successful hit. However, even without Hellion interference, fires do have a Regeneration score, so if you're the only one fighting a particular fire and are limited to the 3000, it will require 7 hits to smother a fire. Thus, it's a good idea to gang up on one fire at a time.
