Just rolled a new Energy Melee tanker, and the Bone Smasher is open at level 4 and Taunt isn't available until 10. Also the tooltop on Resist Elements shows cold/fire/toxic.

The taunt, total focus, and whirling hands powers need the enhancements for said powers filled in. --TonyV

Unless my EM/EA Brute is a hole in the Time/Space Continuum, I believe that the Stalker/Brute versions of EM have been released and are not awaiting I7. But I could be wrong. ;-) --Phaeton
