Saves the current game options in a settings file named options.txt. This file is located in the game's Default Directory (typically either <COHInstallDirectory>\settings\live\, <COHInstallDirectory>\data\, or <COHInstallDirectory>\). This file will be in text format, and will list all options by name, followed by either a digital or a binary setting. The file is loaded automatically into new characters.
