Overview

Luna is the only Incarnate Merit Vendor; she can be found in Ouroboros at coordinates (517.5, 672, -869). She converts Astral Merits into Empyrean Merits (and vice versa); 5 Astrals make one Empyrean. Empyrean merits can be used to make Incarnate Components. She also sells badges from previous Anniversary Events for 100 Reward Merits each during Anniversary month, Super Inspirations for 10 Incarnate Threads, and Super Team (and Ultimate Inspirations) for 30 Incarnate Threads.

Luna replaced Astral Christy and Empyrean Michael in Issue 25. In Issue 27 Page 4 they were re-added to the game in The Crucible and Fort Trident respectively, to sell Super Inspirations for Incarnate Threads.
