Interested parties want me to find someone who can take care of this little problem, for a nice slice of course.

You can find the Forlorn under the city in these tunnels. Interested parties would like it if you could get your hands on their medical supplies in addition to kicking their teeth in. It just wouldn't have the same impact if they could fix themselves up after you break them down.
