Description

This futuristic looking rifle has energy readings on its side, but appears to be jury-rigged with all manners of cables and dials. It can be used to nulify superpowers for a short duration. It can be used 5 times before the energy pack is depleted.

How to Get

To obtain this temporary power, accept the Defeat Lt. Krieg and crew mission from Lt. Demitrovich. This power will vanish after the mission is over.
