This is an enhancement in the Superior Assassin's Mark set.
Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted per build.
Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.
Level 50: Characters must be level 50 to slot this enhancement.
Effects
This enhancement adds a 5% chance to recharge Build Up.
This enhancement improves the recharge time of your power by the following amounts:

How to Obtain
This enhancement cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by catalyzing the Assassin's Mark: Recharge/Chance to Recharge Build Up archetype origin enhancement, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is not a drop.
