Demo Recording Notes

These are the Demo Record MOV commands for Super Strength and Martial Arts. I have tested them all with Fleeting Whisper's animation Demo Recording guide, using Zloth's CoH Demo Launcher:

Martial Arts

Assassin's Blow

Note: This power doesn't work in the conventional manner because it has a windup time. I haven't figured out how to get the windup animation to play correctly in the animation guide file, but it does play correctly in the demos I recorded to get the MOV names, which are included below. Please be aware that the full demo text is quite large.

Cobra Strike

  • Original:

  • Alternate (Uppercut):

Crippling Axe Kick

  • Original:

  • Alternate (Haymaker):
    • MOV MA_TIER7_ALT1_RIGHT 0
      • Note: Despite the fact that this implies there would be a *_LEFT, there is not (I tested).


Storm Kick

  • Original:
    • MOV MA_ROUNDHOUSE 0
  • Alternate (Gut Punch):
    • MOV MA_TIER2_ALT1 0


Eagles Claw

  • Original:
    • MOV MA_STUNKICK 0
  • Alternate (Face Smasher):
    • MOV MA_TIER9_ALT1 0
  • Note: I did not get either of these two from in-game testing, I don't have a 32+ Martial Artist. Original was taken from City of Heroes Codex, Alternate was an inference from the others. That said, I did test both in demo records and they appear to be correct.


Super Strength

Foot Stomp

  • Original:

Haymaker

  • Original:

  • Alternate (Haymaker):

      • Note: Same as Crippling Axe Kick Alternate, there is no *_LEFT version.


Jab

Knockout Blow

  • Original:

  • Alternate (Double Fisted Strike):
