Command Line Parameter
Tells the game that the client was started with the Valve Steam launcher. If so, the Steam SDK is initialized. (non-functional)
There was a time when City of Heroes could be purchased and ran on Valve's Steam platform. Although Steam no longer offers City of Heroes, you may still install and launch the game through Steam if you like. Useful for keeping all of your games in one place.
How to add non-Steam games to Steam
- Open Steam, then select the Games menu item at the top of the window.
- Click ‘Add a Non-Steam game to my Steam Library’.
- Select Browse to find your non-Steam game.
- Find, select and open your game’s executable file.
- Select your game, then click ‘Add Select Programs’.
- Find your non-Steam game in your library, then play away!
